6 More Days Until Halloween, 2012: THE SCREAMING WOMAN

THE SCREAMING WOMAN is one of the most well remembered 70s TV horror movies. It has so influenced the unconscious of a whole generation of people that they’ll rarely remember it without various subplots, images, etc. that don’t actually exist. People who originally watched it in the 70s have inevitably embellished it in their heads, but there’s really no reason. It stands up pretty well and is still pretty intense, in spite of the by now very familiar plot (don’t look at me, I’m not giving it away…though I’ll definitely give kudos to Ray Bradbury for inventing it…)
